Principals

Patrick Beck, BS Pharmacy, JD
Expertise: Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, compliance, and auditing, commercial rebates and state Medicaid supplemental rebate programs, pharmacy provider network development and maintenance, development and maintenance of Maximum Allowable Cost (MAC) lists, and legislation and litigation. Development of employer group, pharmacy chain and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) business strategies, cognitive value and generic incentive programs.

Jim Purtell, BBA, MBA
Expertise: Negotiation, bid processes and savings programs, financial analysis including modeling, inflation studies, and utilization review, development of contract databases, and preferred drug lists and supplemental rebates.
